Rides Events Clubs Groups Tamworth Motor Show

Not much caught my eye today, but this NSR150 looked good as did Greyimport's Triumph behind it.

The 125cc Honda chopper I built with the new owners other bikes.

 

Thought that chopper looked familiar

Yea pretty poor number of bikes .... certainly no shortage of 4 wheels though

 

And on having a close look at your Trumpy you have done an amazing job on it since the first time I saw it. A real credit to you.

I'm guessing that NSR150 Joey Dunlop tribute bike belongs to Sean and it might be the bike @Murdo worked on.

 

Correct .... he gets an honourable mention in the blurb under the windscreen

 

Thanks. Did you also notice the valve cover on the white Cortina outside? Another one I had my fingers in.

Pleased I don't do those sort of rebuilds anymore.

Pass on my congrats to Sean. Bike looks amazing. Is he going to keep this one?

 

Sean won the best competition trophy, and says he is going to keep this one but he is Irish. That little yellow sticker on the left side of the windscreen was given to Sean when last in Ireland by the widow of Joey Dunlop (who runs a pub) when he showed her a picture of the bike. Think he got a free pint too.
