    Good luck with it.
I found that with the LEDs being polarity sensitive I couldn't get a neutral light to work. Others here have had same trouble.

Yes. Most neutral lights are powered to the bulb, then earthed when gearlever in neutral.

Can you elaborate a little please? I know that if you flip the led bulb it doesnt work so one way. But what happens in regards to the neautral? And is this only for neutral? Thanks murdo

It must be possible to get them to work from the neutral switch, but it would need to be wired correctly or maybe using a relay. I gave up and just live without the light.

How cool is that, doesn't that engine remind you of the early Yamaha 250 2 stroke.
Then you get a sidecar, man that is awesome. Question....does it start?????

These things viabrate, rattle and ride like crap, but will do so for ever with no maintance.
Don't know how well the four stroke mufflers will work on it.

Changed the swingarm bearings on my Honda FT500. While I had the chain off I gave it a good clean and heated it in the Duckhams grease. Will leave to drain overnight and refit in morning.
