Is it just happening with 1 carby?

    Could be a sticky needle/seat,
    could be a sticky float,
    incorrectly adjusted float,
dirt, gum or foreign matter stuck in needle/seat
Dirt in the rubber that join's carby to next carby
There may be a filter in the plastic t piece where the fuel hose goes onto
    Carby diagram here- http://litetek.co/docs/FZR250_3LN.pdf

Take float & needle out. Back blast the passage with compressed air.
