    I'm pretty sure it has a 14T front and a 30T rear
The little 110 top's out at just under 75km/h when it was run last with the 7" wheel's and it's still got torque off the line
The new 8" wheel's are almost 1.5" taller so i might need to gear it down a bit with a 12T or 13T front

I would love to see how its all mounted and seat positioning and such. Since mine is a trike, i need to try keep the weight above the axle. So might end up with the motor mounted odd, Playing with the idea of mounting a bracket to the clutch to drive the axle and bypassing the gearbox meaning I can mount the motor backwards and have easier choice of location. Sounds over complicated but its all a maybe.

Something like this is probably what I will do, Re-use the frame but change the rake angle something stupid, Scooter 12" front wheel from the Sym Jet4 I recently bought at auction.

Actually looking at it now, I could totally just weld the axle to the swingarm and mount a seat on it... or could hard tail it...

    dam the possibilities...

    Before i started modifying

This is my son taking nanna for a drive

Half way through the frame revision's

    Custom front end

There is a rear mount hole through the back of the engine, and 4 bolt's up into the case underneath
The engine is very close to a postie bike engine eg CT110
    [IMG]

Frame and swingarm have been strengthened and repaired many time's, there isnt much left of the original buggy frame/chassis now
I have replaced the front ball joint's with high quality heim joint's as well.

I had to make some 10mm thick steel adapter's to fit the 4 stud wheel's onto the 3 stud original hub's
