Cant tell from that footage! Bad bearings have a slight sideways movement, sounded chain on sprocket to me,from a tight chain or misaligned back wheel maybe

Hard to say, but is your chain too tight?
Drop the chain off and then see if you still have noise.

Sound's like either rear wheel bearing's, sprocket hub bearing's, or that your cush drive rubber have gone ?
Make a video of it in the day time with the bike up on a paddock stand, you might be able to feel where the movement is coming from better

Once a chain ages you get all sorts of noises, tight spots, orings squish, rollers crunch on teeth, the gearbox feels rough.Ebay is your friend here, 520 chain × 110 links 45$ upwards, green chain 70-80$, front sprocket 35$, rear sprocket 50-60$, so for a reasonsble outlay you could be smooth sailing. I just looked at your earlier vid the front sprocket looks ok, if the rear is too you only need a chain

Yeah I have all those things! And omg !! That's why my gearbox has felt so shitty this past month!
Both my sprockets are fine:) only put on about 5000 km ago and I only ride about 20 km a day to go to work and home:)
So looking at chains what's better ? O ring or just normal ?
If someone could link me a good reasonably priced chain that would be great thanks!

Hey guys so new chain will be here tommorow but ran into a few issues one being I noticed today my forks are not set the same on top of triple clamp .... one is screwed right in and the other is half screwed out ( and I was wondering why my front suspension was so soft lol)
AND the other thing is this strange noise coming from my front sprocket area when my bike is warming up :/... once I kicked into gear the noise goes and I don't notice it again even if I stop but it's got my worried and if it's something serious I want to get it fixed immediately!
Here's the noise , is it just came chain noise like sort of echoing strangled through there ? Or ?....

Bit hard to tell but it just sounds like clutch rattle. Usually there is a thrust bearing behind the clutch basket area. Have a look at the parts diagram. does the noise disappear when you hold the clutch lever in? FZR's do the same in varying degrees.

Secondly that idle speed is way too high. Most of the inline 4 250's are 1600RPM +/- 100 for idle (of course it helps when your tacho goes down that low - the FZR's start at 3,000RPM - thanks Yamaha!)

Lastly differing suspension settings on each front fork is a good way to cause an accident. You must set the preload, compression, and rebound to be exactly the same on both forks.

Yeah I turned the idle up to 4k as it was 2am and 5 degrees and needed to warm bike up quicker to get home :)

This is a video showing the settings for my forks

Your bike might be running a tad rich id say. Thats your spring preload it would feel quite stiff at that setting, mine is nearly all the way out (7th line) which is about the average, both my rebound & compression settings are about 7 clicks back from full clockwise which is also average. The best settings I have found without buying expensive race springs are average allround at the front and the rear shock slightly stiffer at 4 or 5, there like carbs you could devote a lifetime to it and still be none the wiser.

20161110_085337.jpg Dont know the name of those star shaped bolts, been looking at steering dampers myself lately, theres a molded piece there on the frame thats especially for that, you also need a 50mm damper bracket for the forks. Havnt looked into the dampers that fit onto the steering column as of yet

If your bolt's are the same as Sharkys', you'll need some small E Torx socket's
Sometime's you can get away with using a 12 point socket, or some offset 12 point wrench's
