Road tested a 91Jade in 2001 for a woman who later became my wife. It has proved to be a great commuter over the years has just clicked over 50,00 kms. I have been riding it since about 2006. Love the motor, it's a little ripper. No cam chains or belts to adjust. Just not economical to reproduce now.

    Hey Murdo,

Tried your instuction re red flashing light. It didnt clear the flashing light. After about 2 mins of idling it came on as normal. Really ling red light, then 2 long red light flashes followed by 3 fast flashing lights.

The really long one I am guessing means either start or end of errors, 2 long flashes mean 20 and 3 fast flashes means 3 thus error 23.

I've got a 1992 FZR250r 3ln, and am looking for a OEM air filter. I can't seem to find OEM OR aftermarket. Is my only option to get some pod filters and fabricate a new air box? Do you know where I could find either a new or very good condition OEM filter so I don't have to change setup and likely re-tune?

Thanks and please let me know if it is inappropriate to write this here, I'm new to the forum.

@Palkope You cant have pod filters on FZR carbs .. it doesnt work ..... if the filter u have is not damaged just rinse it in warm soapy water and leave it in the sun

I have a 2000 Gsf250v which won’t rev past 9000. My meagre info says that I should check the solenoid on the left side of the inlet cam but I have no idea idea as to how this should be performed
Pls can you help and also guide me as to where I can find a manual for my bike
    Many thanks
