Just curious if anyone knows if any other fairings from other bikes could fit on my 97 Across? Or at least be made to fit?

Unlikely, the across is fairly unique with its 'tank' storage and underseat fuel tank

About the closest bike to the Across would be the Hyosung Gt250r, but mounting bracket may vary. You might swap tanks and tails to make it work, but get a blown up bike for $250, or if you're near Brisbane, ask @kiffsta

Personally I think the Across is a pretty good looking bike as it is.. really if you want anything sportier looking it would be better to look at buying another bike.. certainly cheaper and less drama than trying to adapt different bike bits to the Suzuki.
I have seen them done as "Street Fighter" style with no fairings etc but they are ugly in my opinion.
I wouldnt attempt to wrap it either.. specially with Carbon Fibre wrap.. the amount of stretch you would need to put into the wrap would mean the fibre would be all out whack etc.
    Just my 2 cents :)

Carbon wrap is tricky to keep the pattern lining up, though some don't seem too bothered by it. Or hide seems with pun stripes.

I had one and had the bottom section off, looked like an old-school katana or something. You could cut you across fairings: a lot more gaps and vents on modern fairings. If you have a spare set, why not try it?

I do have a spare full set of Across fairings in purple haha so maybe. I was only wondering about the custom fairings because if I could make it work I’d get a different headlight. I’m not the biggest fan of the huge ugly headlight on the Across lol. And if I was to carbon wrap it wouldn’t be a pattern, I was thinking just plain matte military green

I've never even 'heard of the 'Across ... I take it this was a bike only sold in certain countries like Australia.

It's a GSX250F. And, like most bikes, they select markets based on local laws, market trends, and general randomness :-D

Also, @SukiMan I noticed this is in Suzuki twins category, rather than 4s. @GreyImport might fix that up for you.

Would you sell them? I have a purple 97 gsxf and it's fairings have needed a bit of work, few pieces missing...

Yeah id sell them. Except the left side belly fairing is all sanded down and the top of the trunk case is a bit scratched up. I’d rather sell as a set too
