    $1000 for both ZXRs?! I'll take the donor, actually, if I had the grand and they weren't so far away, I'd buy both! I paid $500 for a non-running and poor condition zxr

    They used to be motogp, but gave up after a few unsuccessful seasons an went back to wsbk where they were front runners. It is much more about the rider in motogp, as evidenced by Marquez, Stoner and Rossi who can outride their bikes. Even zarco and Lorenzo show that if the ride has his head in the game they are significantly faster than if they aren't feeling it. Ant West seemed to be a rider who would get slower over a season as though he'd lose confidence in crossing the wobbly line to the edge of traction. Wait, this isn't the motogp thread..

    Did you buy the pair of zxr, linkin? Are they far from you?

    I was thinking, I I lived in Victoria than nearly every bike in the state is an afternoon drive away... Not a 2200km return trip to Cairns from Central Queensland!
