Well I suppose mine is weird enough?
    Que the comments..... Lol
It was too far gone to restore it back to original, and the end of the world is near.... Might as well have a bike to cope with the wasteland...

Different. Do you plan to road register it?
Interested to know how you do the fake rusty bits.

    Needs a motor. Large, single-cylinder, air-cooled thumper?

The fake rust is just a wrap i think, muffler might just be wire wheeled then washed or soaked in salty dirty water to accelerate the rust
Could be airbrushed too, seen a fair bit of that lately.

Yes, it is already registered, in SA it is a bit easier to do, the rusty bits I painted by hand, no wraps or vinyls

All hand painted, and clear coat over, muffler is original that I cut shorter, wire brushed and clear coated with high heat clear coat

Now I haven't been around motorcycles long enough but to me the BMW R1200R front suspension setup seems pretty unique with its wishbone and coilover . Guessing the forks are only there to slide or maybe they're doing something too? BMW%20R1200R%2013.jpg

From what I've read they're not a bad thing.

Well judging by the angle of the seat it is definitely one of the newer models.
