No it doesn't. I rebuilt the carbs on one a while ago (post around here somewhere) & it was pretty cake compared to the zxr250 A carbs.

If I am not mistaken the 3HX2 does have EXUP.

Fair enough. I just found it odd that the fairing that were shared are for the 2kr, but have the exup label on the tail section.

From the 3/1988 the 3HX1 and 3HX2 and 3HX3 were all EXUP, these seem to be referred to as 2KR model's until the 3LN1
    There's also the 2RF that's referred to as a 2KR too

Just imagine if this goes into production then the other Japanese factories will have to keep up and make their own versions. A new CBR,,, hmmm nice (and not a putt putt single cylinder like now).
When you look at how close in design the MC14 to 22 engines are to the RC164 of 1964 then it would seem very easy for someone like Honda to update the design again for the 2000's.

That rumour has been circulating again and again, I thought it would be dead by now.

Picture is of a H2SX - Kawasaki's new H2 based tourer - with some changes.

Also they just released the Ninja 400, I don't think they would go and compete with themselves by releasing a 250 4cyl right now.

How about a limited run of track focussed rgv250’s putting out 75hp , do a run of 10,000 bikes so 2 stroke racing
    Becomes popular again

We can dream , can’t we
