Made an exhaust for my motorcycle with 3 wheels . Made it from an old stainless steel railing .

Don't real have any good photos of it . Was an absolute basket case with half of it missing when I got it but it should look like this when finished . It's a 1972 Honda All Terrain Cycle, the grandfather of the modern ATV

I had a 'ride' on one of them years ago. When I went to take off the bloody thing ran over the backs of both feet and tried to climb my legs. :lolsign:
I stick to quad bikes now.

Took the FZR for a ride up through the hills to Balhannah today with a couple of friend's, 2x 2006 Honda VT750's and a 2008 Triumph America 865cc, and stopped there for lunch, then came back home via Meadow's
Was a nice ride, it got to 34 degree's here today, i got a bit hot by the time we stopped for lunch, was wearing my leather pant's and armoured textile jacket.

In 1988 the U.S. government banned the sale of three-wheeled ATVs over “high incidence of injury.”
Basically, they were as dangerous as they looked. And still are. But that doesn’t stop the few left on Earth from running around hog wild.

Picked up a CB400 frame yesterday (Friday) to just steal a bottom rail but looking at it I might just use it for a Restomod 1975 CB400.
Notice I said “Restomod” and not Cafe Racer.
I won’t mind not having a centre stand and I can make a side stand bracket. I have a spare engine already so it might work out ok.

A PO has cut off the centre stand lugs as well as the side stand bracket but apart from that and a couple of other minor brackets missing it is in good nick.
If I get a chance to compare it against my original frame on the weekend I will make up my mind.

All I need to do is find the time. I am spending the night in High Dependency Ward at Westmead watching over my son tonight. Not really how I had planned my return home from a work trip but you gotta do what you gotta do.

So long as The Restomod has mudguards, you will be forgiven.

I actually removed the frame from the car this afternoon after catching some sleep and did a comparison to my still assembled CB400... This frame will ONLY be used for the good bottom rail now as a PO has absolutely butchered it from a road bike point of view.
They have very roughly cut off not only the centre stand mounts and side stand mounts but all the battery box mounts as well as a large loop on the RHS that is used for the muffler mount.
So no restomod.. maybe @Jethalter can use what is left of the frame when I am finished to move along on his CB400 project.

Lucky I did not take any pics of the wiring harness that I removed with tin snips.

Guys like you and murdo are excused. You'll be doing the cutting for a reason and not to be a dick.
