I went to look at some of his work and the first thing Google shoes me is the Viper V10: as in the Dodge Viper's 8-litre V10 engine made into a bike. I read an article about the 8.3l and the journalist said it oversteered in a straight line when he lifted of the throttle - the motor was so big that the engine roll caused body roll that had to be countersteered! In a bike, it might just roll over in neutral and stationary just from cracking the throttle too hard. It would be so impractical.

The X-09 is pretty! But it looks like the engineers couldn't decide between USD forks or conventional forks, so they went one of each.

The 2x X-09's are 2x different bike's though, second one someone has restored or rebuilt, must have been an upgrade
    Not a concourse restoration obviously

Actually, looking at it again, the second one is a plastic toy!

I'm guessing that it's a 500cc 2t, which is about 65hp in a bike of about 110-120kg. Compared to 200hp and 200kg for a litre bike, the power to weight ratio isn't as impressive. Add the rider's weight and it is worse. But it would be fun! Just make sure the crank is well balanced, they notorious for vibration.

Read the article Shane. He says 70hp in 104Kg. And the front tyre is on backwards. :D

Actually looking at the tread pattern if the front is on backwards, the rear tyre is also - well spotted

I missed the link. KX made more power than the CR. Did well to keep the weight down.

50kg crank sounds unnecessarily heavy. But so does 2kg of piston!
