I've seen them for sale, curious to know how they go? The cable linking will be tricky.

Life was never meant to be easy, the plan is to make an adjustable linkage system, & piss off the internal return springs (could you imagine one wrist winning an argument with 8 return springs ?)
Yeah My67xr, that'll almost be as much fun as sorting out methanol jetting, with boost

Australia post told me when I was chasing down a missing package from the USA that had supposedly arrived at Kingsford Smith Airport weeks prior, that UPS uses a version of tracking called "predictive tracking" and this means UPS has a guess as to where the parcel should be, not where it actually is. I find this unbelievable as it implies scanning is not part of UPS tracking procedures. Meanwhile the parcel delivered via Australia Post that arrived to me Monday still comes up on Australia Post tracking as "delayed" and not yet delivered.

That UPS story from AusPost sounds like bull to me.

I wasn't planning on buying a set, but they have certainly piqued my interest

The float bowl angle is a bit too shallow for use on MC19/22/'s I think ?

Agreed, when I first looked at them I wondered the same

Copy which isn't full downdraft from the mid body seal down to the float bowl is shaped differently

    Screen Shot 2020-09-16 at 8.36.25 am.png

Authentic which will obviously install at a much steeper downdraft angle

Those FCR copies are not the downdraft version.

Oh, I misunderstood when you said "have landed." Alibaba, the bulk wholesaler, have these, if you buy 100+

If they were downdraft carbs which I could potentially use I'd actually take a punt, not on 100 though WHOAH

Box of vintage midget speed car models just arrived from USA. Not going through 2nd childhood, trying to stay sane recovering from open heart surgery. Seven weeks out and still can’t turn a spanner. But can repair speedos tachos and build replica Sydney Showgrounds speedway speed cars:)

16C9D84D-D187-4263-B388-BC4A15CE692B.jpeg Yes, there is a company that makes replica 1/24th transfers for the famous 60s/ 70s speed car pilots., Johnny Stewart Sid middlemass, ray redding, Peter Cunneen etc. The old Sydney showground Speedway in the 60s was a combination of colosseum, race track, and old world total lack of consideration of life and limb. The first international speed car driver to attempt fitting a roll cage was told to remove it or be disqualified. Those old cars were way more dangerous than the bikes and the fatality rate reflects this.
