Mate let me just make sure its 100% the problem first.... once the problem is fixed I will make a decision.. yeah mate its genuine
fixed the fuel leak.... Heads up when servicing check as many bolts as you can.. there was the fuel tap, 2 airbox screws had vibrated out was lucky to find one on top of the engine. left rear set was only held in by one bolt and was very loose, 2 ram air bolts vibrated out and my left peg was loose.. all tightened up and bolts replaced..
Only ridden to work and home so far.. As normal after a service she is running fantastic... I was hearing a ticking sound on the old oil.. That has since gone with the fresh oil.. it does take longer to warm up now, naturally because of the thicker oil.. the cam gears are loving it..
finished the vw engine in the friend,s trike. now idling higher due to better compression and no leaking valves.
