pilot screws are stuck on the left side carb. suggestions to take em out anyone / i dont wanna damage the carb body. Thanks in advance
You have to careful as the pilot are brass and can easily get damaged. Would try WD40 and allow to soak as long as possible, then try to turn it. Wish you luck.
I had this issue...ended up drilling into them and using a bolt/screw extractor from Masters/Bunnings to get the damn things out. Then had to get the remnants and metal shavings out and buy new jets from http://www.mikunioz.com/ at least they are cheap from them.
thanks a lot guys . I tried everything . heating , wd 40 and they turned out but not completely so I had it drilled . luckily the pilot screws from mikuni bs30 (from gsx250) are the same. and luckily my previous bike was a gsx250 and I had a spare pair of pilot screws =D thanks again mates
