    Left at 8am Sat, arrived at 4.30 pm to load the bike, then off to Kiffsta's for mischievous Motorbike tampering, beers & BBQ. Thanks to Kiffsta and his wife for accommodating us for the night... :thumb_ups:

    Good stuff... Can you remove a spark plug... apparently there are a couple of types used.....

    Yea and I think they will come up a treat with a bit of spit and polish :)

    Neither of my plug sockets fitted but it unscrewed by fingers :commando:

    Welcome to the Katana Club - I have an 1100 and a 750 (not a pop-up) and they are great bikes. Don't bother with the VJMC the place to be is www.suzuki-katana.net, one of the best forums going around IMHO. There are guys doing new controller units for these things and all sorts of other Katana stuff.

    Bit of fiddling ....
    Cleaned out the spider colony in the dash
    brake fluid and resorvoir up to the usual standard
    Jackhammered the 32yr old lube off the bar and greased up ready for new grips/throttle
