Yeah I had a hid bulb in there that was working great for nearly a year so when that stopped I replaced it with a stock globe but still no good
That relay you speak of is for the indicators I had a quick look at the fuses and didn't notice any that were blown

Lol well I put a new p plate on my bike and cleaned out on storage tank lol
