tears for an old friend?? gave the old 750 a coat of paint on the panels. wheels get 2 pak next week- just want a weekend ride.
new crash bars on the 750 and welding done on the luggage rack. under the plastikote the metal had no treatment to protect the steel.
Been helping @Phil clean up his vfr800 forks , we blasted them then used white knight clear enamel to seal them , come up tops
That's something I'd forget and wonder where the loose bolts came from, then have to put things apart to do it again.. and then twice more for whatever else I forgot...
My newish / 2nd band van arrived last night , turns out is a super long wheel base hiace which is a huge bonus . We are taking guesses as to how many bodies / bikes we can fit in there Also looking at some ideas to jazz it up a bit
My TT350 replacement head has been sent today... I am away all next week so it will just have to sit until I get home..
Yeah, I'm NOT volunteering to help sand the finish for a chrome mirror-finish. You're on your own there. As for how many bikes you can fit, anything less than 6 and you can take the van back! ;-P A mate got a Sprinter, ex-police command centre, you can stand upright and probably fit 4 bikes across and 3 long! You could nearly put a mezzanine floor in!
weather was awesome last week which is kinda rare in uk, wacked the ybr250 around and loved every minite of it,to be honest I love twanging in rain as well ,love my ybr its awesome
Picked up a tl250 for wrecking , But it is mostly there , might tidy this one up as a little shop project
