That's funny...as soon as I watched that video, I googled NSR250 to see how many are still around or for sale!
Not you-tube but it is a great watch... https://silodrome.com/barry-sheene-...CFaW46nASERql_DaFoSCIoVd2jaqL_rwZogAlUuZmnjc0
Road safety in Thailand. The victims are two Italian tourists. If any of you guys come here and rent scooters just remember that there are no rules and set your defensive riding meter to maximum. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=49&v=SavuGFlw0ic
I wonder what the truck would have done if there wasn't anyone else on the road there ? Would he have just gone across and into the other lane ? It looked as is he would have rolled anyway. The rider should have slowed up anyway, he should know not to trust anyone else on the road. When my wife and i were in Kata Phuket we hired a Honda wave and rode up to the big Buddah, we missed the turn and ended up going about 5 km's to far up the road and had to do a u turn and come back. Then on the way back to our hotel we missed the turnoff for Kata and ended up going back via the long scenic route through Rawai, it was a nice ride through the hill's with some nice sweeping corner's though. Negotiating through the traffic was fun, not really, lol
Yes, he would have rolled over anyway. The clip is in slowmo but eyewitnesses said he was way too fast.
When riding in the Philippines there was many things u had to look out for but the worst was the 8 ton trucks and the buses big and small , that either cut corners or just pulled out to overtake and head straight for you especially on the highways .... theres only 1 road rule there ... u give way to anything bigger than you or die
Yep, and just like in the Philippines don't get into any road rage spats either. Many lunatics are armed and they will just shoot you or hack you up. I have been deliberately run off the road here for doing nothing and then said driver proceeded to run more people off the road. I think he was having a bad day and it probably got worse.
One of my Customers in Molong was meant to go over for it.. but with the drought there was too much work for him fixing pumps etc.. He heads over there at least every 2nd year. He runs an old Indian Side car.. it isnt pretty but is very well maintained and does a lot of KM.. he went down to the Goulburn Swap meet and spent 2 days doing nearly 1000km touring around.. that doesnt include the trip down and back.. so it certainly gets used.
Can you guess which motorcycle brand is being advertized here? Note the blue bikes at the riding school. Also note the lack of gristle grabber cruisers.
I thought it was about drinking coffee and looking like a dick on your bike ... and a 6 minute ad?? Long live Soichiro ! ... oh wait , hes dead
