    Anyone know what (if any) performance parts that is available for upgrading a 250cc Suzuki Intruder v-twin

    By performance I mean...
    * Bigger bore kit
    * Cam
    * Carb

    Also interested in learning what people have done to their intruder to jack up the performance (radically)
    Failing that, curious to know if some other larger twin engine would fit in a stock frame with minor mods to the frame

    Searched the net but havent found anything on this subject

    Think you might be 'Robinson Caruso' there.
    Most normal methods of increasing performance would work (camshaft, carb, pipes, etc) but most would be looking at a bigger engine. You may be able to go to a bigger bore if you can find new bigger pistons to fit. What about turbo/supercharging?

    I think ive seen this question asked before on another forum. Long story short I dont remember there being many options. If it were a yamaha virago, many many choices. That said people have turbod viragos and other v twins but there's no 'bolt on' kits etc

    It's a 250 v twin, enjoy it for what it is. Unless you want to spend big coin id leave it stock and save up for a bigger cruiser
