Hey all new to the street bike scene and got me a 89yammy 3ln and im highly impressed with the power for a 250 and aswell as the handling. I know these bikes love to be ridden at 100 in 3rd gear because i know it hits 100 in 2nd lol i drive country roads not around town . Any help with these bikes much appreciated and also are some 2k parts interchangeable with 3ln?

Where would be the best place to sort light bulbs from as my rear tail lights dont work just the brake lights, checked the bulbs and the wires inside the light bulb are frizzled. Would car ones fit as they look the same as old jappa cars but who knows

Sweet and thanks mate. Thought it would be a part that would be hard to track down like most parts and i would have had to have gone searching the dark web a far and wide searching for it.

Could anyone give some help on easiestt way to identify a 3ln1 and 3ln6. Not sure if 3ln6 is an engine or the same. Just the bike info from nz transport agency shows it as a 3ln6 but i read that the 3ln6 didnt get released untill the 93 models. This is a 89 fzr250. Maybe its had a motorchange in the past but idk hard to say as i have a pontiac parisienne thats registered under the system as parkienne instead of parisienne lol. Any help appreciated
