Okay even for a die hard purist like me, not bad. The frame was originally an 860 GT and has been converted back to resemble the 750SS versions. Throw in a round case motor and there you go. Surprised he did not fit the OEM style rear disc as all the bits are readily available,
In my opinion the Honda 6 (RC166) has the best sound of any bike. I have been told that the thickness of the metal on the megaphones of RC162 replicas has a significant bearing on how they sound. Thin is better apparently. 0.8mm is the right material, supposedly.
Speaking about the RC, Allen Millyard on his RC 374 was banned out at the race track, but soon sorted it out He still hasn't tuned the bike properly but it's sounding pretty good https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10214260787216787
Noise... apparently the sound meters went bonkers when he went past...lol Nanny State Poms He wasnt even giving it full beans...lol
Not surprised. I am planning on running open megaphones on my tribute bike initially. I am sure I will get the same sort of reaction. I will attempt to quieten it down if/when I get pinged.
