Drown it in WD40 to clean it up then get some grease down inside there where the cable ends are.

Yes, that's what the outer cable adjusters are for, to take up the slack.

Went for a little ride today and it works perfect!
I've also noticed this hose and not sure if its meant to be sealed ? There was like a tiny bit of smoke coming out of it after my ride as well

Thats the crankcase breather ..... it has worn away somehow but it wont matter ..... its not sealed normally

That end cap just pulls off if u want to clean it up

It can smoke if your oil it very low but its probably just an old engine burning a little oil

Where does the other end lead? Could be the crankcase breather as per this photo

The question is 120/80-17 rear tyre or 130/70-17 rear, I know 120 is factory but the 3lns came with 130.
What do you guy think? I am going to be doing a lot of traveling so wondering what will hold up the best with some weight cheers guys

I can't see why it would matter, unless the rim itself is not as wide as a 3LN one.

The 3LN series of bikes only had a length reduction of 20mm, from 2010mm on the 2KR, 2RF and 3HX bikes to 1990mm on the 3LN1 and newer.

If it was me I would fit the standard tyre ..... and for the extra weight add a few PSI

3LN is a different bike ... different frame etc
