Perfect track and/or drag bike. Strip her down to bare bones and off you go. Well done @Linkin

Hen's teeth. Keep her original and look after her, I say! Then again, if you've seen my bikes... Have fun.

Now let's see, you've had an FZR, a ZXR, a Bandit, and now a GSXR. So just the Honda to go. Or is this for one for Ms Linkin?

Let me know if you need a hand with picking it up etc, it's only 20 min's from my place and i have an 8x5 trailer etc
Or if you need a place to stay over for the night.
Is it registered, if not you could always register it and ride it home too, would cost $90 to $107 for 3 months reg.

Its not running or registered, thanks for your offer, I've booked a pickup and dropoff already after buying the bike. If you want to go have a look at it and give me a better idea of the condition its' in, that would be awesome too :)

A bit south of Rockhampton, Qld. And there is an engine and stuff, too.

I reckon its a fantastic thing. I've looked at this ad on ebay with considerable interest over the past few weeks. Not sure how the owner/builder managed to double the original engine capacity of the bike and get it through rego but some how he did. Not sure it would be possible in NSW and certainly hope that skinny lil frame and tiny brakes are up to the task. Love to have a ride on it .

Hmmm. 100mph on an almost standard ACE (apart from the engine) would be exciting. That front brake isn't bad at 100km/h but stopping at 160km/h would be interesting. It looks like the owner has gone to the trouble to balance the front wheel. They were not balanced out of the factory. The frame isn't that bad, provided the engine is bolted in using all the original engine mount points.
