Hey, I sent the engine head for inspection and repair. I received information that one valve was taped. This explains why the valve clearance could not be set. (plate below 1.20 ~ for 0.20 intake clearance)
In addition to valve plates which are 7.9mm and nowhere in Europe I can not find such, I'm still looking for intake valve. Can valves with number 12004-1089 be exchanged with model C?
I used the forum search engine and found only information that the numbers are different but I think nobody compared them?

here is the valve for model C: https://www.ebay.pl/itm/KAWASAKI-ZX...ARA-JDM-MOTO/202721070918?hash=item2f331e0f46: g: VH0AAOSwNJtdJXxO

and here the number from megazip:

I suspect the valve may not be the same diameter as the bore changed from 48mm on the ZXR250A -> 49mm on the ZXR250C

@Frankster has been through the ZXR250 engines for quite some time, he may know definitely if that is the case

At any rate, someone here may have a good condition used valve for sale

Thanks for the answer . About the pistons and rings I saw different A-C. Of course, they say on aliexpress that valves fit 89-99. If anyone had good intake valves I will happy to buy back.

OF course Aliexpress sometime get the details wrong, as you've noticed
I would think that the different part numbers mean that they are different

Asking here for one for sale might be successful

How good is the cylinder head shop ?
Could they Stellite Tig weld the sealing face and machine it back to standard, seeing as you only need the 1 valve ?

That video is awesome - he's got some crazy contraptions, like a plane radial engine in a motorbike frame

The heads are the same on both A & C models*, so valves should be interchangeable too you would think. I did order an intake and exhaust valve from Motorcycles Spares Warehouse (see below links) but have never got around to fitting them. They were a smidge lighter than the original ZXR valves, but measured the same.

These guys post to Europe, so you might be okay. They also have many very good OEM bits for the ZXR...head gaskets etc. This is their website if you want to order outside of eBay...

    * Although, someone recently found different diameter shims for C model heads, so maybe they're not exactly the same.

I asked the company that regenerates the head (they repair damaged threads exhaust, change the valve seals, and set the valve clearance) it turned out that diameter 18.5mm, stem diameter 4.0mm, length 81.7mm
the dimensions seem to be very close to 81.8 given by OEM

    They are :

I took a chance and bought the original kawasaki valve 12004-1105
I will definitely let you know if it fits, the shipment from Japan should be delivered by the end of the month.

Other valve clearances could be set without problems. One intake valve had clearance when checking 0.02. After removing the head, it turned out that it is too deep in the nest. Fortunately, the nest is not burned out as I thought at first.

Thank you for your help and sorry for my english

I received the cylinder head for repair. I am initially satisfied. The head shop owner did not report problems with replacement for the valve: 12004-1105 I received a written warranty for the repair

    repair list:

    - exhaust thread repair
    - replacement of the suction valve
    - cylinder head resurfacing
    - replacement of valve seals
    - grinding of valves for better sealing
    - setting valve clearances (grinding of plates)

I am glad that this topic is over, now I am waiting for engine gaskets that have been stuck at the airport for 45 days ..

That's all I need to start the engine
