A small cheap air compressor is a real help when working on bikes for all sorts of jobs (tyres, air cleaners, painting, etc) so maybe keep a lookout for Aldi, Bunnings, Gasweld or even Supercheap specials. These will do most of what you will need and if the air cleaner is maintained they will last a long time. I've had mine for over 10 yrs and still going strong. https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-24l-1-5hp-oil-free-air-compressor_p6290553 There are plenty of different brands (and prices) around and maybe look to ebay/Gumtree for a second hand one. Good luck.
Heres a little more info on carb internals The Zeal is just a detuned , naked version of the FZR250 , on which there is tons of info and posts here , especially on the black art of getting the BDST carbs running sweetly https://www.2fiftycc.com/index.php?...8-26mm-carb-settings-specs-3ln-3yx-zeal.9787/
Do I need to put fuel back into the float chambers before reinstalling the carbs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Still waiting for carb sync tool to arrive, aus post have shuffled post around to ease busy sorting warehouses Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just a bit out, it'll run nice and smooth when you get them all close Your fuel usage will also drop once they're synced
An intake leak would give you a low reading. Assuming that the higher numbers correspond to more vacuum.
