Help Are zxr250 headers double-stepped?

    This is my header flange. It looks like the old gaskets are compressed in place but they’re not moving under normal persuasion. Before I go crazy on it- I shouldn’t expect a step here, right? Figured I’d ask before I accidentally scored the hell out of my header flanges and made scrap of them! From the test fit gasket up top I’m PREEEEETTY sure that’s what’s up- but just checking.     That’s a gut check with entirely too much hammering I’d prefer to not make twice.... but it’s gotta be in for ceramic coating in the morning.
