There is an upcoming exhibition at the Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane that may be of interest for SEQ people here. It is planned to run from 28 November 2020 to 26 April 2021 which is a reasonably long time, so perhaps there even may be a chance for people south of the Tweed to attend, depending on how border restrictions and other related matters progress over the next few months. The exhibition will includes not just the latest and greatest, but a selection of bikes from the last 150 odd years. https://www.qagoma.qld.gov.au/whats-on/exhibitions/the-motorcycle AMCN has done a short article on their website, and lists some of the bikes that will be included. https://www.mcnews.com.au/the-motorcycle-design-art-desire-goma-august7/
That does look like a great exhibition. Probably unlikely us lepers down south will get to see it. Peter.
Visited this exhibition today. Well worth a look, and included a wide variety of bikes. A couple happy snaps below.
Great exhibition , some amazing bikes on display , if you can spare the time, it is well worth a visit
Went there on my last visit to Brissy. Nicely set out and info on all the bikes. Didn't like the $17.00 parking charge.
