    hi. Well bit of a setback with Carb 2 - jet housing. The idle jet was welded in there. Tried soaking for two weeks in carb cleaner, petrol, also tried the citric acid without any luck. Eventually tried a screw extractor which didnt work so now its completely bunged up. Anyone have a spare 3lN1 jet housing they could spare??

    OK, well the last option is a combination of a heat gun if you have one and a left handed drill bit

    @GreyImport has an abundance of carbs, but I suspect that he has erected a shrine to them, light candles surrounding a Pentagram and summons dark spirits to try and appease them

    Without stating the obvious and for those playing at home , the pilot jets are brass and are extremely soft brass compared to the other jets .... the driver to remove them has to be a perfect fit as once the top starts to distort or crumble , its a goner

    @Rahyvin
    Ill dig into the black abyss of FZR parts as there should be a spare 3LN1 housing ... somewhere :D
