That's the pipe and fittings I made. Glad it will be put to good use.

You must have made one for the Frankster as that one above was manufactured at the Litetek factory in Thailand :D

No, not for me. I would have asked for several and talked to Murdo about selling them as an aftermarket piece to replace the shitty factory one that inevitably leaks. I always thought it was @maelstrom that made that one for you.

Maybe it was the ZZR250 that I made one for. I cannot remember a lot of things these days.

I just run mine like what you're doing with a tap in the line. Fine for racing.

I put a pump on mine, my boss found it to help with an A model back in the day, but I had a different issue. I just used a continuous running lift pump, can't remember where I sold power from, but there is a rear brake somewhere there that can be piggybacked off

I'm pretty sure it was 8mm for the tap and inline filter, but I can't check/confirm at the moment (sorry Chief).

    Yes, gravity feed's fine.

Rest easy children ... no stock airboxes were harmed or altered in the design and installation of this go fast intake mod :superman:

just needs a support bracket and I ran out of the right hose clamps

What if you had the pod filter on the end of the airbox so the fairings still fit? Or are you going semi-fairing?

    No main fairings

I sat it there so its not blocked by the radiator and its still inside the extremity of the left bar

    I used a pod because ..
1 It was in the shed
2 In case I hit a flock of budgerigars at mach speed
3 To annoy everyone here that hates them with a passion

They supposedly chop up the air as it goes in but it probably makes no difference .... but then again it might.
Im going to try a velocity stack as well as they are cheap anyway .... and they give a perfect smooth inflow of air .... the stock airbox is all there with a filter

That filter looks awfully small to me. I have one on my scooter the same as in the link.
    https://mikunioz.com/shop/pod-air-c...bs-with-58-thru-62mm-spigot-2/?v=13b249c5dfa9

You'll probably also find that the stock air filter is pretty good and may even be a valuable part of the airbox
