Does anybody have any blueprints of the FZR or anyother similar sports bike? Or any bike for that matter.
I'd like to create something in Blender http://www.blender.org that looks somewhat like a motorbike, but I need some blueprints first. I'll keep you guys up to date if I do start anything, but my skills at the moment aren't that flash.

BTW - You can check out some of my other works at http://www.wintersoft.co.nz/jake/index.htm. Some is pretty average. But not bad for a 15year old boy aye? I'll post up some of the motorbike stuff there - just so as i can put image links to this site. So far I've got a tank mesh. Something that loks like its off a custom cruiser.

Okay, I'm having a little trouble with my site, so I'll just tick the motorbike stuff here, although you cannot see it on the other site, it is there

Hey Jake, check out these 2 links:

The first one will take you to the second one, but the first one will probably load faster.

Trick stuff...

Oh hell.
Anything I do now is goning to look pretty crap. Also, that was probably done on something like maya, which you pay an arm and a leg for. But blender is a free program, it's great, but I cant use it that well. Okay, i"m at 99% sure I'm going to give up doing this. Unless i get some pretty good blueprints soon.
Thanks anyway.

Yea. I don't really have that skill or time, so prepare for a crap, or non-existant version of something. Still, anybody got Blueprints for anything?
Just email them to me. Please.

Oh yea, and if you didn't notice it took FIVE HOURS AND THIRY MINUTES to render. And that is probably on a really high spec system. So it's not looking promising for me.

Brain Wave - - Could someone with a digital camera go out and take a few shots of their bike please? Pretty much all I want is:: Both sides, front, rear. Top would be helpful, but that may be a bit much trouble. Cheers guys. Just email them or put them up here.

The level of detail on that ninja is just superb. I wonder how many hours it took to get the whole thing completed. Im guessing in excess of 200?

Yea, probably. Oh well, there goes my idea. I really dont have the time or skills to do something like that. And my computer isn't really powerful enough to render something like that in a reasonable amount of time. Anyway, if someone does give me any blueprints or something I'll give it a go. But I'm not promising anything more than nothing.
