Saying a big HELLO from Toronto, Canada!!

Today, the weather was so fine, I just ran out there and bought me a FZR250R EXUP...

Then I thought I'd join the community.

I still have to insure the bike and register it, but I couldn't be happier

......Just an act of stupidity... I broke a bit of left fairing at the red light, but I think I can just tape it until I find a better way to fix it. XD

Welcome to the forum PolyFZRrr!
Congrats on your new toy; and don't worry about the little stop-drop incident. It had to happen atleast once, and now you've done it you won't need to worry about if/when it was going to happen! Hows that for optomism.

Words of wisdom for the day:
Real motorcyclists only need 3 things in their toolbox; a hammer, WD40 & duct tape.
- If something doesn't move and it should; WD40.
- If something does move and it shouldn't; duct tape.
The hammers really only there for good measure.

Welcome dude! I also obtained my FZR from Toronto, but it was straight off the boat from Japan essentially

Gotta love them....cracks and all. Enjoy yours this summer!

Very nice to see you too! We probably went to the same shop! Which area in Ontario are you at? I'm right in the middle of Downtown, Toronto.

Considering it's a 20 year old bike, I think a little dings and dangs are acceptable.
How did I broke that fairing? It wasn't from a drop It was my knee. I was pushing the bike around to see how light it was and my knee happened to be there... Oh well... Superglued it and it seems to be ok now.

BTW, did you have any trouble registering it? I have to do mine in a few days.

I'm 2.5 hours east of Toronto. Also, I had no trouble registering it because the bike came with the green ownership paper, but for insurance you will have to shop around. Don't let them hike up the rate cause it's an import....try to get it according to the engine displacement. I'm with State Farm and it's very affordable. Ride safe
