My MC21

    It Runs joy oh joy it runs, I am a happy fella , However Seal in oil pump slipped and filled gearbox with 2t oil, all shall be rectified soon. Soon gents, Very Soon

    That's great Aky. Saw your post on NSR World concerning the seal. I have some spare seals if you need one. Took me quite a while to firstly find the correct dimensions (the seal is sold as part of a complete oil pump assembly, hence no info) and then find a supplier. Let me know and I'll mail you one down. Even with a new one I recommend using a bit of triple bond to keep it in place though. It's a known issue with the oil pump on the MC21/28. I make sure I use a different coloured 2 stroke oil to the gearbox oil so you can tell straight away if any two stroke oil is finding it's way down there as well. When you take the pump off to sort it out you will see they use a shim (washer) at the base of the oil pump shaft to stop the shaft wearing the casings. Make sure you don't forget that one mate. Great that it's going. They are a great bike to ride.

    Poor people Are poor, Doubt it will sell at that price. But if it did, i'd be pretty happy, I'm also on Green P's :/

    You will definitely regret it mate. I sold my 21 to buy a gixxer and a still kick myself...

    That frame came up sweet. Tell us how you did it mate. Must have used pretty low pressure to avoid taking off the anodising etc? By the way I'll be grabbing those seals tomorrow. Been a bit busy sorry.
