They hang their leg out like a dog taking a p*ss too. That doesn't look classy or fast to me. Wouldn't they be better keeping foot on brake and going deeper into the corner?

Yea I have always thought that odd, sticking the leg right out and dangling it in the air ... must do something I guess .... no idea specifically wat though

Rossi did it so they all copied him.

Bit like DeCostella putting water on his legs during a marathon run. All the others copied him. He admitted many years later that he had the runs and was washing the sh*t that ran out his shorts off his legs. Ha ha ha ha.

I reckon it might be a balance thing because they all back the bikes into the corner a lot more now. Buggered if I know though because I will never be talented or mad enough to reach those sort of limits on a bike. On another note, Miller has had a couple of good rides in a row now on the customer Honda. Pretty impressive stuff.

I always thought it was to create drag to slow them down

Couple more laps from the private day the other day. I should really update my project thread as I've done a bit to the bike since the last ride. It's obvoisly worked cause I'm down to low 66's now so the 65 second target it looking extreamely realistic...might even have to make it a 64 target ;)

I use the underwater case, blocks out the wind noise but the bike is loud enough (with a straight though exhaust ;P) so you can still hear it.

Mt Glorious is a favourite Phil. Bit of tyre kicking at the cafe is always good too.

I can't help myself. Another Mt Glorious ride. This time down the western side with the skeleton Go Pro case.
