    Hello all,

    I found this forum some years ago and meant to join, but...:idk: . Still, better late than never, eh?

    I have a few bikes, none bigger than 250cc (although I had a Suzuki RG500 for seven years in the 1990s). The main 250cc ones are:

    1988 Kawasaki KR-1
    [IMG]

    1986 Yamaha TZR250 - The Quitmobile (I like the colour scheme, but hate cigarettes...)
    [IMG]

    Suzuki PE250 - Rebuilt as a road bike
    [IMG]

    My current project is rebuilding my not-quite-a-250 Yamaha SDR200. I have a few Lambrettas as well, although the largest is also 200cc.

    Regards,
    James

    Welcome. Outstanding work. I saw your post in the blasting thread, do you have a pic of that beautiful KR1 engine assembled.

    That is soooo neat. WOW you really must spend some time keeping that bike in order. It's a credit to you for looking after it like that.

    The TZR is a little rough-around-the-edges, but is nevertheless a great bike. I try to do a little bit of cleaning after every ride, which saves it adding up later!

    James

    My bike needs a clean, could you like come over and show me how it's done properly?

    :prankster::prankster::prankster::prankster::prankster::prankster:

    Seriously though I doubt they even looked that good straight out of the factory
