Was wondering what these two little bits are meant to lead to. Only realised now that it didn't come with any hoses connected to it
Not sure sorry, one of the other's will chip soon The Fzr250's use a foam filter in a little canister there
They should be joined with a T-piece and then run back to the airbox. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Air vacum hosing see video of cleani v a rbys on this site for a look of how it should look Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
It doesn't particularly matter if they go to the airbox, but it is important that you at least have a filter over them, if you are in dusty conditions when you close the throttle it could suck dust in which could ruin the rubber of your carb slide diaphragms. Just put a t-piece, some vacuum line and a little cheap filter.
Look's like the B4 and B5 Bailus have the actuator valve, pic from megazip https://www.megazip.net/zapchasti-d...us-25537/zr250-b1-789745/air-cleaner-13775409 I picked up a couple of these diff breather's from Car Part's Plus and used them on my FZRs' BDST28s' breather's (didn't need the brass barb's in the end) I'm pretty sure they suck air in as the throttle open's when the vacuum pull's the diaphram/slide and needle up.
I like the look of those diff breathers and with a Balius arriving in few weeks will be thinking about removing air box as part of street tracker conversion. Any tips on Balius set up welcomed. I am guessing my ZXR 250 experiences will help....?
Here,s the spare parts fish for Balius. http://www.powersportskawasaki.com/partFinder/fiche/kawasaki/1997/zr250-balius#anchor_component
