Going by the wiring diagram "brown" is positive feed to many things ... ?...
Cam cover gasket isnt plug and play .... needs the notches cut in to clear the cam caps and cam chain
C model one but is cracked also

Or to put it another way , when not using the side fairing on a ZXR250 , you need to get airflow directed into the airbox.
Might reduce the life expectancy of your plug/wiring ..... hot air might help blow out the flames :D
As its a 'race' bike , changes/mods can be/are experimental ... I see it as half the fun

I sat it there so its not blocked by the radiator and its still inside the extremity of the left bar
I used a pod because ..
Rest easy children ... no stock airboxes were harmed or altered in the design and installation of this go fast intake mod...

On the Yamaha FZR250 the bowl vents just hang off the airbox
