Picked this one up last night cheap. 30,000kms, owner had since new, crashed it last year (not written off). My plan is to strip it down and make sure the frame isn't too badly bent/check welds etc. 20170627_193403-600x800.jpg 20170627_193410-800x600.jpg 20170627_193421-800x600.jpg

    More to come

Bit of an update: ordered a cheapo chinese (street fighter?) headlight, speedo, protaper bars, pivot pegz :D , bark busters and a 32L safari tank. Plan is the safari tank will shield the radiator one side and coolant bottle on the other. It would've costed a fortune to replace all the headlight fairing sub frame/fairings.

A shonky mount for the headlight, complete with speedo bracket:

I then got a call from a mate to say there was a single track day at Mt Crawford next weekend, bikes need rego, headlight/brake light.....challenge accepted!

Try and spot the pig, doesn't look out of place at all:

165+ bikes turned up to the event. I did one lap of the 'short loop' 10km, had to rest for 3 hours before even thinking about doing a second lap! Maybe a 200kg bike at a 100kg bike event wasn't a good idea, BUT IT SURE WAS FUN!.....except for the sand, especially after 165+ KTMs had been through it flat out 20 times! Note i couldn't walk properly for a week!

It was a good test for the "Pig", besides a punctured rear tyre later in the day, small leak from the bent radiator, smashed skid plate(plastic factory shite) and a dent in the frame from a sneaky stump(5mm off the water pump!) im calling it a success!

More parts ordered, more to come!
