Sorry for that confusion, I posted the link from my eBay purchased list. I think it isn't showing what I actually bought.

The bracket on the grass is from my bike, it's a little out of shape but you can should still be able to see which one of the two it is. For some reason it's showing that bracket in my link. But when I click the link it takes me to the page which is the first picture (I think because I'm signed into my eBay account)

So yeah I bought that bracket attached below in the first pic :)

    PS: I work in IT but I can't stand technology IMG_20180827_220902.jpeg IMG_20180825_162320.jpeg

Just realized the second link is messed up too lol. Here is a pic of the head light I bought.

Had a mini heart attack before working out the links were crazy.

This bracket look's a lot different to the one on my 3LN3, and there's nowhere to mount indicator's off the bottom section ?
Mine must be a customised 3LN1 bracket, but it look's a lot different to that style too

There must be more than 2 types of brackets then, or these guys listed something that hat isn't for a 3ln, maybe 2kr? Or like you said maybe yours has been modified. When it arrives I'll take some pics of how it lines up with the body and share them here.

Will have to wait until I get the fairing kit before I can work out what I'm going to do about the blinker mounts. Didn't even realise they were missing on the one I bought until you pointed it out.

I am fairly certain that @Linkin had the 3LN1 kit on one of his 3LN3-3LN5 bikes.

My 3LN6 had the wrong front on it, bracket, fairing, and headlight

I tried to test fit the new bracket. It looks like the mounting points to the bike are the same but the bracket is just a little too narrow and will need some persuasion to fit. The new bracket has the same number of mounting points for the cowling but they are completely different to my old one which is no surprise. I think I know where the blinkers will go but the mirrors mounting location are a complete mystery. Also I think I'll either need to modify my intake pipes or buy new ones. Mine are the round ones I think the single headlight cowling uses the triangle shaped ones.

Hopefully the forks come in this week and I get get to work on it next weekend. Once theyre in I'll buy the cowling kit and see what actually needs to be modified to fit.

Yeah the 3LN3 air tube's have a different end
This is the 3LN3 onward's Right tube below
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/YAMAHA-...643825&hash=item4d45e99a69:g:dfEAAMXQXQxRZ-R6

What fork's have you ordered, or do you have new fork inner tube's / stanchion's coming ?
Some of the replacement one's for the FZR250R have the wrong thread in the top and require FZX250 Zeal fork cap's with the finer thread
One of the member's here @Andych found this out

The mirror mount's on the fairing stay bracket are the 2x hole's at the top end's, they should be same as your old bracket's end's
You you have a pic of the new bracket maybe something side on or on an angle ?

Hi my67xr. Sorry been a bit delaid on here. Works killing me.
Just started working on the bike today. Do you know if all 3ln forks are the same diameter? I thought they were and the 2kr was smaller diameete.

It's seems the ones I bought which the guy sold as 3ln are smaller than the ones that are currently on my bike.

Here are the pics of the bracket I bought.

3LN forks are 38mm diameter. 2KR I believe are 35mm. You need to be careful of the top thread if you are buying Pattern Parts Fork Tubes. The 3LN has a course thread at the top and the pattern part ones has the finer thread from the 2KR. Well the ones I bought did.. its not a big problem as you can put in adjustable fork caps but it is best to be aware of it.

Thanks heaps Andy, I'll have to talk to the guy that sold me these forks then because he wrote 3ln on them.

The tops on the ones I have are completely different to what I bought. I'll send some pics in a sec

Definitely NOT 3LN.. You will find 3LN cast into the lowers so you might find a similar number set on the lowers of the others.. Maybe someone else in here will be able to identify them for you.
But in the end.. they wont suit your triple tree, wheel or axle so they are of no use to you.

Thanks heaps mate, just sent the guy who sold them to me a message with photos as proof. You're right as well these are 35mm forks.

Was really looking forward to putting my bike together today.

Would you know anyone who might be selling 3ln forks around Melbourne area?

    Hi Blair.

My 3ln forks are 750mm from axel centre to top of stanchion. Outer tube is 340

Other forks are 765 from axel centre to top. And outer tube is 350.

Also attached a few pics of where I measured from to make sure I'm measuring them correctly. IMG_20180915_104803.jpeg IMG_20180915_104800.jpeg IMG_20180915_104711.jpeg IMG_20180915_104756.jpeg

In the pic my hand looks a bit Derpy but I did measure from the centre point of the axel bolt not just anywhere in there.
