Well, if anyone has been to my place, you will know my garage is a mess ( nah lets be honest, its a pigsty), I daresay over 100 bikes have come and gone over the years , I built shelves to store stuff and kept buying more and more. For those who haven't seen my garage, its 2 cars wide and 3 cars deep and I cant get either of my 2 cars in there.

Well last weekend I said enough is enough and started down a path which I almost regret. I decided to clean up and while I was at it, I decide to paint my garage floor, great idea in theory, but Im 5 days into this project, my back and shoulders hurt, I have been at it every night after work.

I bought 20l of Nutek Paint which is petrol and oil resistant , I have had to use some acid to clean the concrete before paint, Im now 2/3 of the way through it , most places need 3 coats so Im going to have to order another 10l to get it completed.

Anyway, here are some pics of the progress

Its called a Biker Easy stand, I found them on Ebay and picked up 2 of them for about $70, they work quite well.

I forgot I had them, I found them tucked away in the garage and thought I would hold the NSR up.

    I also found 3 CDI's while I was cleaning up :thumb_ups:

I used a two part epoxy that I bought from Bunnings. Had to wash with acid first, two days to dry, then one thick coat. Even came with a little packet of pretty sprinkles that you spread around before dry.
Definately oil and petrol proof. Cost about $60 from memory for a standard single car garage.
