Across: Everything seems fine, but stalling in neutral

    i haven't done this job yet. the new cable is still staring at me from the shelf.

    i have investigated. i disconnected from the hand grip and lubed a bit... have seen where it connects at the carby end..

    i haven't worked out, in my head, how to disconnect it at the carby end... @kiffsta with the threading through method do i have to remove anything - airbox/carbs etc?

    Or.. Anyone else done this job, replacing across throttle cable?

    sorry Sarah, I missed this post, from memory you could do it with the carbs on the bike, the hardest part is getting the cable into the carbs, It would be heaps easier to pull the carbs off to do it.
