    Ok, I have all the gear I need and will be heading out to the track to have a bit of fun. It’s a bikes only day, no pesky cars taking up valuable track time. Casso you in for this one?

    No can do on Saturday. I will most likely be spending the day half blind at a mates BBQ then heading out to summernats.

    Yeah, I am needing a good one to make up for the first week back at work. So what time do you want to head off? A few Canberra people from OCAU.mc are heading up but they haven’t decided on a departure time.

    I think it worked out well last time. Leave the shell on northborne at 7am. That gets us there with enough time to un-roadworthy our bikes, sign the relevant forms, and catch the rider briefing.

    Sounds good but my bike is having a bit of a spaz. It developed a misfire on my way home from work yesterday, change of plugs and checked the leads but sill no dice. Going to see if I can get someone to have a look at it tomorrow arvo, fingers crossed I can get it sorted. I will let you know asap of any further developments.

    bah, got your SMS, but couldn't respond. my phone's fcked. Somehow the screen got shattered and in between reading your sms and going to respond the next day, it got worse. now i can't read the screena t all.

    i'm going to go get a replacement today if i can. hopefully an insurance job, but will wait and see. Is a total pain in the arse, as i was holding out for a new phone until i got a permanent position and could salary sacrifice a nice one. I got the papers for the position today and just need to sign them, but it's still at least 2 weeks to a month before I can salary sacrifice anything. Can't live without a phone for that long. Grrr.

    Anyway, you don't really care about any of that. just had to rant. Point is i got your SMS and couldn't reply.

    In the end I didn't go either. I've averaged about 3.5 hours sleep a night, for the last four nights running. And I figured on that little sleep I'd just be dangerous out on the track. Dissapointed, but the lack of sleep was fully self inflicted and i don't regret a second of it :p

    Anyway, guess we're waiting until next month. What are you doing this weekend? Can we get together for carb work?

    Good work with the permanent position. This weekend is looking like a goer for the carb cleaning / sync. Just pick up a can of carb cleaner in a spray can from supercheap or similar place and a can of compressed air from jaycar in fyshwick, I have all the other stuff. Probably want to start in the morning to as if can become quite time consuming.

    Makes sense. How about 10am saturday morning, that way if we stuff anything up i've got all sat / sun to attempt to fix it? :p

    At this stage I'll probably be down south (calwell) on friday night anyway, so an early morning shouldn't hurt too much. if you want to start earlier then let me know.

    Break something, what makes you think we would do that. <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

    10 sounds early enough for a Saturday.
