I'm not getting the Aldi bluetooth headset's now.
I've found some better one's on ebay that have 3 time's the battery life, work for up to 3000 metre's, and they can pair to up to 16 other headset's or device's
And they only cost $50 each

I went in to Aldi at 8am this morning and had to fight my way in through all the people leaving with lawn mower's, lol
They sold out really quick, and had the second pallet load out by 8.20am.

I ended up buying a pair of each style glove's, a balaklava, and 2 neck wrap's, a kidney belt and a pair of sock's for my son.
Aldi had the bluetooth headset's hidden under the counter at a checkout as they were afraid they would get stolen, i was going to look at them and thought they'd sold out, so asked at the checkout.
I wonder how many other's thought they'd sold out ?

I hit ALDI too lol. Bought 2 pair socks, balaclava, neck wrap, face mask & a pair of gloves. I had to settle for the hard knuckle gloves as they didn't have the others in small. Would have loved a couple more pair of socks too but they had sold out of the smaller size. I hate being sooo damn small. Lol

I also went to Aldi this morning, got there around 10 am and still the crowds were there at the Motorcycle stand.
There was a sign that said that head sets were available at the check out.
I spoke to many people ......bikers are such a friendly lot and we shared info. I was looking at the Tank bags and a chap gave me some info and I bought one....well pleased with my $40 purchase !!!!
Spoke to an Aldi employee who said they had already sold 4 pallet load of bike bits ....multiply that by all Aldi stores across Australia and you soon realise how popular these sales are, well done Aldi

I went and ended up with 7 pairs of new socks (they wear out quick), a new merino top, and two disc locks

I got in about 9 am to my local Aldi and left with 2 new pairs of 11-14 socks, XL leather jacket, L helmet with grey graphic, XL merino wool jumper, kidney belt, M hard knuckle gloves, tank and tail bags. Oh and a line trimmer to replace the Aldi one a mate loaned me last year that I may have broken...

Disappointed they didn't have textile pants this year, will have to get some elsewhere or make do with the current pair with a big graze on one knee!

I bought some Kevlar pants online. That was the only way I could buy some my size. I emailed them my leg size etc & they were posted to me & arrived within 5 days. You could also try eBay as well.

Until you hit you head under something. :lolsign:

I too raided Aldi about 9.30am. Bought socks, balaclava and XL gloves. I gave the L gloves I bought last year to my son as they had shrunk a bit and were too tight for me.

@my76xr You must have got the other style to the one I got that has a smaller clear top pocket that fits my Galaxy S7 perfectly.

I went to Gunnedah Aldo this afternoon and they didn't have much......no helmets to suit my big noggin and only small gloves....small thermal pants...umm no they won't fit
    So I gave up...lol
I am now snuggled up in my hotel room in Tamworth where it is lovely and warm... unlike outside.
