    Is there anyone on this forum that knows anything about amps? Or knows anyone that knows anyone that knows anything?
    Well old amps...

    A year or so back i bought A "REX BASSKING BA50 AMP, serial no. 2025"

    And i cant find anything on the net about them all i know is that it was made in the 60s..
    Still sounds fine for a 40odd,year old amp

    Any info would be appreciated.
    And also would anyone have any idea how much its worth?
    It may be going up for sale to fund work to my bike.

    cheers, nathan

    <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://cgi.ebay.com.au/REX-BASSKING-HAND-WIRED-VALVE-AMPLIFIER-AUSSIE-1970S-/230477691815?cmd=ViewItem&pt=AU_Amplifiers&hash=item35a98a7ba7">http://cgi.ebay.com.au/REX-BASSKING-HAN ... 35a98a7ba7</a><!-- m --> this is a combo amp but at least its something

    maybe if you wanted to see what people will pay for it chuck it on e bay with a reserve and see what it goes up to. if its enough accept the offer.

    sorry i couldn't find the actual price of what its worth but hopefully this gives u a rough idea. if you wanted you could even try e-mailing the first link i put up and ask them what they got for them
