    March 21st -23rd 2014

    Sydney Motorsport Park

    (Formerly Eastern Creek Raceway)
    Welcome,
The 2014 Barry Sheene Festival of Speed is again shaping up to be bigger than the 2013

Our Guest for the weekend is 8 times

    World Champion Phil Read MBE

Phil will be helping to celebrate his & Yamaha's 1st World Championship.

Register for the Spectator Parade Lap on Sunday and you will have the opportunity to share the track with a World Champion.

As well as the racing over the weekend, there will be plenty of Trade Stands and Bike Club displays, to keep you amused between races. Registration for Trade Stands to be done before the day.
Sunday will again see the Show and Shine, so bring your bike along and enter; you might even win yourself a trophy.

The Barry Sheene Festival of Speed is much more than just a motorcycle race.
It's a celebration of the life of Barry in the spirit of motorcycling. Stars from years gone by are in attendance at the event in order to celebrate his love of motorcycles in a way that he would appreciate - fun - friendship
and rivalry on the race track.

ANY ONE GOING. A group of us riding down from newcastle on sunday and all welcome to join in. leaving at 7am.ANY OTHER FORUM MEMBER BEING THERE??????????let us know so we can ride together or have a chin wag.

Lots of beautiful bikes on display & on the track.
The sidecars have got my leg shaking, what awesome looking fun!
Had a great day with good company.
Bums sore now, just made it home, thats my limit at the moment I think.
The Aprillia RS 125 had a squirt right when the cops came down the on ramp, green P's & licence gone.

Had a great weekend. Dropped into marks pit. He was out, chewed the fat with his mechanic/mate. Drooled over the machinery.

Bloody shame, nice kid, the Ranga on the FZR went out first past a semi & was obscured, the RS gently accelerated & was gone, we were shrouding the 'L' plater but looked like he had her but not, lucky. Well anyway we found out the 3LN isn't restricted, she was off the clock. Think it's time to get it out on a track, back to that addictive racing world again.
