A pick or a set of narrow tweezers will do the trick. Otherwise use wd40/inox, gravity, and a little percussive maintenance

I use a pick, you could probably make one from a paper clip or use a very small screwdriver to help guide them out

or a very large gauge self tapping screw which are the ones which have a steep taper just at the tip then there should be almost no chance of it going far enough in to contact the jet underneath

It is just a case of removing what you can and trying to clean the cavity.

Is that a seal in the pic or a washer to prevent accessing the jet underneath?

The humble paperclip with a tight bend to a hook on the end can also be useful
