So now you can only have 1 ad per category or have to pay more, what was one free is now being monetized. I know this would happen after ebay bought them.

Think that was a "GIVEN" with ebay involved. Best option is everyone stop using the site...they might just get the message or will they??????

Hmmm, I saw their T & C has been updated effective December 7th.

No bites at all so far on my CBF250F either despite over 100 views there now...

Just tested it and can confirm it's one per category:

You can list one for free, then you have to pay for extras

You could just put both bikes in the same ad. I've had more success using eBay when selling stuff. Also scored some rippa deals on ebay too. The best deal on Gumtree was probably the NSRs. But yes, I knew eBay was going to ruin it. Don't worry though, another ad site will pop up. There is Craigslist but it doesn't seem to be popular in Australia.

It will kill it as Gumtree appealed cause it was free. I agree someone else will fill the space very quickly.........

You could just pay for bikesales. I pay for bikesales/carsales and have 100% success rate. Never managed to sell vehicles on gumtree, lot of scammers, tyre kickers and low ballers.

Gumtree is good for buying/getting parts etc but I don't like using it to sell (complete vehicles).
