Had a great day out, we met at Tingalpa at 7:15, we had a NSR250 (Brisfox), Aprilia RS250 (Kiffsta), TZR250 (Brisfox's mate) , ZX250 (Th3 Huntsman) and a R6 (Trent C). Daren had bike troubles and Phil slept in so we set off to Champion Ride Days at Ormeau. When we pulled in, there were about 200+ bikes, a mix of cruisers, race bikes , tourers and use the 250 gang.

As part of the deal we had a ride through Tambourine mountain, then Beaudesert then through Purga and onto QR, not long after we arrived, we were able to run around and do a couple of laps of QR, we were told 50kph on the first lap then up to 80, I can tell you we went a bit faster than that :)

QR really needs to spend some money on facilities so you can see the action a bit better, but it was a fun day, here a few pics I took of the track, nice to meet Trent, Brisfox and Brisfoxes mate, and great to ride with the Huntsman. All up I did close to 300 kms on the Aprilia and she ran like a top, definitely looking forward to the next one.

    Cheers

    Chris
