After the Bunning's coffee morning a few VJMC members decided to go to the private museum at Quirindi 40Km south of Tamworth. It is known as 'Bob's Shed', and is literally a big industrial shed that Bob and his son have turned into a museum. The collection is of lots of Peter Brock memoriabilia with two of his race winning Torana's. Bob told us of how he had taken one of them to Sydney to be used in the filming of the Brock telemovie being made. There are also small shop type settings with lots of old tins/packets on display, oil tins and petrol station stuff and model trains. He has a few bikes too, and admitted to never having ridden a motorbike in his life. For all that he is a nice bloke. Six dollars gets you in for a tour with Bob and a cuppa at the end.
