If you look at the photo of the orange across, you see the hoses go over the airbox and tuck down the side of the panel, the hoses are only 3-4cm longer than what you can see in the pic, just vent the hoses to a void and see if that fixes your carb issues, maybe find the GSXR250 manual and see if shows where its meant to run.

Guys did not do the settings yet the bike is at our workshop and for the 2 day's we were to busy at work to touch it. Will update once our technicians get a chance to work on it. I work for a Suzuki dealer but Automotive as a parts salesman.

Hi guys finally my tech at work got a little bit of time to work on my bike. He set the A/F ratio to 13:7 and the clip on the slide needle to middle revs good will take it for a test drive tomorrow morning. I got the bike with a free-flow aftermarket exhaust but the air filter are still standard. I'm a little bit scared of running to lean. The main jets are 92.5 which Suzuki South Africa says is standard but what I can see from research on the net suppose to be 90. Any suggestions

92.5 will richen the mixture, sounds like someone may have done the work to tune it after the upgrade. How did he "set the A/F ratio."?

Looking at putting on 2 aftermarket cone filter but not if it means I have to re-jet or richening the system

the two emulsion tubes with 12 holes go in the two 'outer' housings, and the two 6 hole tubes go in the inner two housings if that is any help.

oil coming out the engine breather means worn motor and compression blowing past pistons and pressurizing the sump.at a minimum you need new rings.
